Custom-made works are created specifically for you based on your request and/or approved specifications. This may include size, color palette, texture, composition, lighting option (if applicable), or other agreed elements.
Approval & Communication
You agree to provide timely information, approvals, and responses as needed during the commission process. Delays in communication may extend production timelines.
Artistic Freedom
By commissioning a custom work, you understand that the final result reflects the artist’s style and interpretation. While we honor agreed parameters, slight variations are part of the creative process.
Deposit / Final Payment
Unless stated otherwise at checkout or in writing, commissions may require full payment or a deposit before work begins. If a deposit model is used, the remaining balance must be paid before shipment.
No Cancellation After Creation Begins
Because commissions are made-to-order, they generally cannot be canceled once the creation process has started.
